Handling & Care

All items are handmade with Love and Care. Given that most items are heavily embellished, Please follow this guide to look after them.

Our headbands are handmade and incredibly delicate. Please ensure to store them correctly and well out of reach of children. If you are taking your pieces abroad please be careful when packing your items and consider taking them in your carry on luggage.

Crystals should never be worn around hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners. You can clean most crystals with a soft, damp cloth after wearing. Do not use a tissue paper or paper towel to clean as they can cause scratching.

Each item is produced with a lot of care and attention. Your pieces will always be made to a high quality standard but, will also be delicate. Please take care. We cannot take responsibility for any damage due to negligence.

Damages caused by general wear and tear are the responsibility of the owner.

Changes to your order

Once your order has been placed, you can still make changes to your order within 24 hours. Please contact us via email as soon as possible. After the 24 hour period, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. Given that all items are bespoke and made to order, they are not refundable. Daisy Max by Zoe accepts no responsibility for incorrect information details entered on submission. Please also ensure your contact details are correct and up to date.


Due to the nature and bespoke elements of our creations, they are non-returnable. Should you have any issues with your product, please do let us know as soon as possible via email.

Product disclaimer

Daisy Max by Zoe attempts to display all of our products and colours as accurately as possible. All fits, styles and colours are represented as best as we can. Please understand when ordering a bespoke item, the item you receive will not be identical to the picture as the photographs are examples. Daisy Max by Zoe cannot guarantee that the colours represented or shown on the website will exactly match the actual product. You will rely solely on your own judgement when using the Website for purchasing products. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of all items to make these products, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and colours. If we are out of stock on any of the components to make your item we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your delivery confirmation.

We will take all reasonable care to make sure our site is as secure as we possible.

Once your order has been posted Daisy Max by Zoe accepts no responsibility for any damage caused due to postage handling (we do carefully wrap).
